She helped us buy a home and rent out a property twice before the sale of our townhouse. Kim was available by phone, text, and email to answer our questions and kept in constant communication. Further, she communicated with our property manager when needed. The professional photos she had take of our house were beautiful, and showed us comps in the area to help us price the home appropriately, which likely helped in selling it so quickly. We put the house on the marker on July 1 and had three offers by July 6. We accepted an offer, went under contract, and closed with Kim walking us through every step of the process. "Kim Ramos was bar none one of the most exceptional realtors we have worked with. Having lived in No. VA for most our lives, it was difficult to move out to California about 4 years ago, and we decided to keep our home in Haymarket, VA and rent it up until recently. We decided to put the house for sale and found Kim through word of mouth and checking referrals; we interviewed three different realtors and selected Kim because she knew our home inside and out and knew the market and the neighborhood. We really wanted someone to make selling a home remotely and across the country painless and worry-free, and boy, did Kim deliver. Given the home was a rental for four years, Kim did all the hand-holding we needed, including taking delivery and doing the tenant walk-out inspection. She took voluminous photos for us, so we knew exactly where we stood with the tenant. Next she handled all the clean-up and contractor work needed, from changing light bulbs to scrubbing the grout in the mudroom - this was above and beyond any expectations we had. She handled the landscaper, the painter, the handyman, cleaning and making the koi pond in the backyard pretty (it was completely overgrown and looked awful). She struck the perfect balance of recommending what we needed to get done to collect top dollar. She schedule the carpet, the driveway sealing and seriously everything in between down to replacing light bulbs. And she basically said, “I’ll take care of all of it and we can figure it out later”. It was such a phenomenal relief not to have pick up and make a single call to a single contractor. Next she selected the perfect furniture stager to make our home look like a home again, given it’s a huge house and it was completely empty. She interviewed and selected the stager from a few based on our request. She took professional grade photos, aerial photos (you should take a look, I mean it made us cry having to sell the home it looked so nice). Kim actually recommended a price higher than we were thinking of listing and it was priced perfectly, as we sold the house well over asking price, and with very favorable terms regarding contingencies, which was really icing on the cake. As I mentioned we were in California and it was like I had a member of the family (actually probably better :) ) handling the sale for us. We seriously cannot recommend Kim enough and if there was a 10 star scale, Kim would definitely we 10 out of 10. Kim if you ever need a referral to speak to a potential client, you have a lifetime fan here!"
